R5 Global Terms & Conditions
By instructing R5 Global to proceed with any case or service, you fully agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to protect both you, the client, and us, R5 Global.
- Service Limitations & Disclaimers:
R5 Global provides services on an “as-is” basis, making no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided. We disclaim all responsibility for errors, omissions, or technical inaccuracies. R5 Global is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, income, profits, or property, arising from the use of this website or the services provided. - Scope of Services:
R5 Global provides a wide range of services, including but not limited to:
- Tracing
- Surveillance
- Background Checks
- Asset Location
- Pre-Employment Checks
- Missing Person(s) Location
- Process Serving
- Matrimonial Investigations
These services are offered subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- Service Delivery & Timelines:
The start date for services, except tracing, will be agreed upon by both parties. For tracing instructions, specific terms apply, as outlined in the trace instruction form. Services will be completed when the objectives are achieved or at R5 Global’s discretion. We will make every effort to provide services as quickly as possible. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable factors may cause delays, for which R5 Global is not responsible. Any delays will not entitle the client to a refund. - Refunds & Retraces:
We do not offer refunds for services unless explicitly stated otherwise. If the services provided do not meet expectations or the case is not resolved as anticipated, the client must contact us in writing within 30 days of completion, providing verifiable evidence. Refunds or retraces will only be considered based on these terms. Should a trace result in incorrect information, we will either provide a retrace or a full refund based on our discretion. However, no refunds will be issued if you have obtained alternative information from a third party after the case is completed. - Payment Terms:
All fees must be paid in full before the final report or results are provided to the client. Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cheque. The client agrees to pay all fees due within seven days after R5 Global advises that the case has been completed. In the event of late payments, interest and additional legal costs will be incurred. No reports will be provided until full payment is received. - Cancellation Policy:
Once a service has been confirmed, cancellations cannot be accepted, particularly for surveillance or traces. A cancellation fee of £100 applies if the client cancels a trace after instructions have been given. For surveillance services, cancellation after confirmation of bookings will incur the full service fee, as operatives must be pre-booked and paid for in advance. If the client cancels the service after the operative has been confirmed, all outstanding balances must be paid immediately. - Liability Limitation:
R5 Global’s liability for any service-related issues, including negligence, is limited to the cost of the service provided. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business. R5 Global is also not responsible for any third-party claims, and our liability for any loss of business, goodwill, or data will be excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. - Legal Compliance:
The client is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and taxes related to the services provided. R5 Global is not liable for any legal issues arising from the client’s use of our services. Additionally, the client agrees to indemnify R5 Global and its agents from any legal claims, penalties, or fines that may arise from the use of our services. - Complaint Handling:
Should any issues arise during the course of your case or after completion, you must submit your complaint in writing within 7 days. R5 Global will respond to all complaints within that timeframe. Any complaints made via social media or public review platforms before our investigation is concluded will result in the forfeiture of any claims for a refund or retrace. - Privacy & Data Protection:
R5 Global will only use the client’s personal information for the purposes of providing services, communication, or any legal action necessary. Reports are retained for a period of 31 days from the date of delivery. We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and handle all data in line with applicable regulations. No client information will be shared unless required for the completion of services or as per the law. - Jurisdiction:
This agreement is governed by English law. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
